Mid-day Meditation Information:
Enrich your day with 30 minutes of mindfulness through meditation! We will learn and practice together at Fitness Generation. Rookies and experienced meditators are welcome. This low-key meditation will tap your curiosity, increase your skills, and touch your heart, right in downtown Bethesda!
Evening Meditation Information:
Finding peace within ourselves in a world where our fast-paced lives demand so much of our focus is a challenge. Explore, experience, and practice guided meditation in this six week guided program. Participants will experience meditation and discussion about the most recent academic research on meditation lead by Fran Zamore. Fitness Generation Members: Make sure to mention that you train at Fitness Generation when registering for Evening Meditation.
