Small Group Training
Small group training is for clients who enjoy a team atmosphere. Coaches and clients work together to encourage and push all members of the group to perform to the best of their abilities. We offer hour long sessions comprised of teams based on experience and skill level. We strive to make sure all clients are challenged during every session, while also maintaining a fun environment. Workouts are created specifically for each group and exercises are progressed or regressed depending upon the comfort levels of the group members.

Likewise, if you are unsure about which class best suits you, let our coaches know during your complimentary hour long evaluation. Foundations (Stability training)
Our Foundations small group training classes instruct group participants how to perform basic movement patterns safely. Emphasis is placed on stability and balance. Inefficient or compensatory movement patterns are addressed and corrected. Clients who successfully complete our foundations group are progressed to the next level.
Fortitude (Strength training)
Our Fortitude small group training classes instruct group participants how to progress the basic movements learned from the foundations class while adding additional challenges including time, weight, planes of motion, tempo, and equipment. Emphasis is placed on strength building. Clients who successfully complete our fortitude group are progressed to the next level.
Power (High intensity power training)
Our Power small group training classes instruct group participants how to produce and reduce maximal force as quickly as possible. Emphasis is placed on speed, agility, quickness, and reaction training. This class is for experienced athletes, clients who have advanced fitness experience.
