We are now offering Vinyasa Flow Yoga semi-private classes, duo sessions (2-individuals), and private one on one sessions. The semi-private classes offer the student more individualized attention on form and technique. The classes are limited to a maximum of 6 people.
Jessica’s Yoga classes focus on proper alignment, core strength, flexibility, and breath. Her unique yoga sequences create an effective yoga practice for all levels of yogi from first-timers to seasoned practitioners. Class sequences change weekly providing new challenges for the body while pinpointing the physical needs of the individuals practicing. This class is great a compliment to any physical routine by increasing strength, flexibility, balance and preventing injury.
As a ballet dancer growing up Jessica has always been interested in the fine-tuning and inner workings of the physical body. She discovered yoga in college and found the combination of the physical practice and the energetic and spiritual connection to be life changing. After 10 years as a yoga student she decided yoga was too good to keep to herself and set off to study to become a yoga teacher. Jessica traveled to Bali, Indonesia to earn her Yoga Teacher Certification (200hr RYT) from the Power of Now Oasis in Sanur, Bali. The rigorous daily 2hr yoga classes, anatomy lectures, energy work, meditation, and posture study has informed her practice and teaching; taking her knowledge of yoga to a much deeper level. Jessica’s yoga classes cater to all levels by offering a challenging, yet accessible practice- helping students tap into their inner strength and confidence. Her unique teaching approach allows for all levels of ability and experience to practice together.
