Everyone’s goals are different. The Fitness Generation New You Challenge is unique in that we allow you to achieve different goals depending on what path you take.

Take a look at the advantages of our 6 Week New You Challenge:

  1. Small Groups. Group size is limited to 6 individuals
  2. Programs are created by Functional Aging Specialists and are run by certified personal trainers with years of experience working with clients that are over 50 years old.
  3. Our studio provides an environment that you can feel comfortable no matter what your fitness level is.
  4. You can choose a path that meets your goals. We offer programs that help with stability and mobility, weight management, and strength.
  5. Guaranteed results. If at the end of the 6-week program you haven’t improved in your goals we will refund your money.


We are looking for individuals that are dedicated to achieving their goals, so we do have some requirements.

  1. Attend an orientation session prior to starting the 6 week program.
  2. Attend a class at least twice a week for the entire 6 weeks of the program.
  3. Follow any homework that is given for the specific program. Including use of fitness tracking software.
  4. Participate in any assessments that are required to monitor your progress.
  5. Willing to invest $66.50/week in your health.
