Ken Yazge is the owner of Fitness Generation. His interest in wellness began back in 1989 when he joined the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad in Bethesda, Maryland. As an Emergency Medical Technician and Fire Fighter he saw the difference he could make in someone’s life. After many years of running his family’s commercial printing company he decided to pursue a career in fitness. He is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Health Coach, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and RY200 hour Yoga Instructor. Ken believes certification is only the beginning for a Personal Trainer, experience and continuing education develop the best trainers. He has been a personal trainer at two large local gyms. He is certified using the TRX suspension training system and TRX RIP Trainer. Other course work includes Warriors at Ease Level 1, Annette Langs Stretching, and NASM Intro to Kettlebells Workshop.

Megan McCoy

Megan has played sports all throughout her life. As a former member of the American University track team, Megan knows all about strength and conditioning for athletic performance. Megan is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer. She holds additional certifications including Fitness Nutrition Specialist from NASM, Corrective Exercise Specialist from NASM, Annette Lang stretch, TRX suspension trainer, and Kettlebell Concepts level one. Megan is currently working on learning more about functional aging, to ensure that her clients are active all throughout their lives.

David Delewski

Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) Licensed Massage Therapist 

David has more than eight year’s experience in personal fitness training. He has extensively worked to educate himself in Exercise Science, Health and Fitness Leadership. David holds a Certification with the American Council on Exercise, Personal Fitness Trainer (ACE) and Road Runners Club of America, (RRCA) as a Certified Running Coach. He has coached numerous sports, nutrition, and exercise classes for children. David focuses on creating personally designed exercise programs in post-rehabilitation, with an emphasis upon functional movements and corrective exercise. David is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, he graduated from Potomac Massage Therapy Institute (PMTI) .

Ben Suarez

Certified Personal Trainer (ACE)

Ben grew up in Bethesda, graduating from Walt Whitman and Georgetown University and is currently pursuing a career in the music industry. He has worked in fitness for over 10 years, developing a passion for functional movement patterns and achieving wellness through holistic exercise programs. He has experience playing and coaching basketball, hockey, soccer, boxing, power-lifting, snowboarding and yoga. Ben’s training focus is mobility and corrective exercise.
